Ok so tomorrow morning will be day one. I'm having some doubts about if I can make it 10 day without any solid food.I try to think of all the positive effects the cleanse will have on my body and it does help....Kinda.I bought all the stuff I need.It was kinda hard trying to track down a laxative tea..I finally found some at an organic market.I have lemons for days!! All in all its costing my about 20-25 bucks to do the program..that isn't much compared to some of these other detox kits running about 59 bucks each..uh...no thanks! Any who stay tuned and feel free to offer some encouragement. It will be an interesting journey I'm sure.
