I discovered last night that I had the wrong maple syrup! I need grade b, and I had grade a, so now I have to wait until I can get back down to trader Joe's and pick some up.They run about 50 bucks a gallon and I'll need just about that much for the 10 days..yikes! Oh well....I'm figuring that I'll be ready to start for real by Monday. Check back and see!
